You can check a patient's past administration information for a vaccine group.
- Open CPOE.
- Select an immunization order item.
Note: For an immunization order item, Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) automatically adds the default ICD-10-CM Z23 diagnosis code.
The Review Allergies window opens (if enabled) when you select the first immunization item for the encounter. CPOE saves your allergy review for all subsequent immunization items you select for the encounter. For more information on reviewing allergies, see Perform Allergy Check.
- To check the administration history for your selected immunization order item, do one of the following:
- In the All tab, under Last Admin, select the date link corresponding to the immunization order item.
- Select the Immunization tab and select the date link under Last Admin corresponding to the immunization order item.
Note: To check the patient's vaccine administration history on the IMMUNIZATIONS recommendations list, see Filter the Immunizations Recommendations List.
The vaccine administration history details appear.
- Select Continue.
