Perform Allergy Check

Before you begin

Ensure that you have configured allergy check for immunization order items.
You can review and update a patient's allergies when you select the first immunization order item for the encounter.
  1. Open CPOE.
  2. Select an immunization order item.
    The Review Allergies window opens (if enabled).
  3. Select either Yes or No for each of the listed allergies.
    The selected allergies appear under the Existing Allergies section.
  4. For each allergy, enter the onset and resolved dates, select a reaction from the Reaction list, and document your comments.

  5. Select Save.
