You can use different filtering and sorting options for the IMMUNIZATIONS recommendations list.
- Open CPOE.
- Select Immunizations.
Note: The notification
indicates that the patient has due or past-due immunizations.
The
IMMUNIZATIONS recommendations list appears.
- To expand all the vaccine groups simultaneously, select the expand
icon on the immunizations recommendations header.
To expand a single vaccine group, you can select the vaccine group's row.
The following information appears.
- Vaccine administration history for a vaccine group, which includes the Administered, Pending, Partially Administered, Not Administered, and Refused vaccines statuses and any system or user-recorded exceptions.
Note: Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) displays up to 6 past vaccine doses for a vaccine group.
- The corresponding vaccine names as per CVX code.
Note: CPOE derives the available vaccines from the practice favorites configuration for adult and pediatric patients in File Maintenance. For more information, go to

- To filter the immunizations recommendations, select one or more of the following from the Filters list.

Include Paediatric Recommendations

Displays both pediatric and adult immunizations recommendations (applicable only for adult patients).

Show by Date

Displays the dates of past administrations under the History section and the Last Dose column.

Show by Age

Displays the patient's age at the time of past administrations under the History section and the Last Dose column.
Note: CPOE saves your filtering preference to ensure that the immunizations recommendations view is consistent for all patients.
- To sort the immunizations recommendations list, do one of the following:
- To sort the vaccine groups by name in ascending or descending order, select the Immunizations column header.
- To categorize the vaccine groups by recency status, select the Status column header.
- To sort the vaccine groups by past vaccine administrations in a chronological order, select the Last Dose column header.
