You can only cancel appointments created in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, not those created in NextGen® Enterprise PM. You can view the canceled appointments.
 
 
  - Select an appointment.
 
  - Select Cancel Appointment in the toolbar.
   
    An Appointments cancelation confirmation window opens.
   
 
  - To cancel the appointment, select Yes.
   
    The appointment is cancelled and removed from the appointments list.
   
 
  - To view canceled appointments, select  menu.
   
    Canceled appointments appear with a strikethrough line. 
    
     Note: Appointments canceled for the current date are displayed, whether the Show Cancelled Appointments options is not selected.
