View Midmark Stress ECG Reports

After recording a Midmark Stress ECG report, you can view it. The report contains several sections: Summary Table, Average Beat, Trends, and Rhythm Strips. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Stress ECG report. The Report Review window opens. Enter or change the following information as needed: Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Supervising Physician: Displays the name of the physician that supervised the test. Reviewed By: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the name of the provider selected in the IEM. Review Date: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the date the report was reviewed. Open the Integrated Equipment Module

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient, and then create an encounter or open an unlocked encounter. Do one of the following: From the Main toolbar, select File > Summary > Equipment. From the Encounter History tab, if an encounter contains any equipment reports, select the equipment report icon. The Equipment Reports pane appears. Generate a Report

In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and then select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and then select a type of equipment. Acquire Report button and shortcut menu If the current encounter is locked, the new report cannot be added to it. A prompt appears, asking whether to create a new encounter. Do one of the following: Select OK. Select Cancel, then unlock the current encounter and select Acquire Report again. Midmark Equipment

You can collect data from Midmark software that interfaces with supported Midmark equipment. The supported equipment includes Midmark ECGs, stress ECGS, holters, and spirometers. You can create, review, and compare equipment reports. You can also import archived reports and update the status of old reports. Create Midmark ECG Reports

Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark ECG. The live ECG window opens. Recording runs for 10 seconds and then stops. Select your name in the Reviewed By list. Analyze the clinical data in the report. Select Save to save the report and return to the Equipment Reports pane in EHR. A new Midmark Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. Note: If the Store PDF Report on Equipment Report Modify Universal Preference is enabled, a PDF of the equipment report is generated and attached to the patient's encounter in the History toolbar.
