button to view a selected Midmark report on a locked encounter.

View Midmark Stress ECG Reports
After recording a Midmark Stress ECG report, you can view it. The report contains several sections: Summary Table, Average Beat, Trends, and Rhythm Strips. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Stress ECG report. The Report Review window opens. Enter or change the following information as needed: Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Supervising Physician: Displays the name of the physician that supervised the test. Reviewed By: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the name of the provider selected in the IEM. Review Date: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the date the report was reviewed. Access NextGen® Enterprise EHR and select the patient. Select File > Summary > Equipment to open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select the View Report button to view a selected Midmark report on a locked encounter. Select File > Archive (in the bottom left corner of the window). Generate a Report
In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and then select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and then select a type of equipment. Acquire Report button and shortcut menu If the current encounter is locked, the new report cannot be added to it. A prompt appears, asking whether to create a new encounter. Do one of the following: Select OK. Select Cancel, then unlock the current encounter and select Acquire Report again.
