Adding and Tracking Comments

While reviewing a C-CDA document in the CDA Viewer, you can add comments to the C-CDA document. Comments can be added at the document level or at the section level. The following icons in Custom View and Full View represent the comments feature:

• At the top of the document, the (Comments) icon appears if the document does not contain any comments. If the document contains comments, the Comments icon has a red mark .
• At the top of each section, the (Comments) icon appears if the section does not contain any comments. If the section already contains comments, the Comments icon has a red mark .
