The comments that you add in a section can be viewed at the document level.
Note: When viewing a document in the CDA Viewer from the PAQ module, you cannot add comments. You can only view the comments that the document contains.
In the CDA Viewer, go to the section where you want to add your comments. For example, Medications.
In the section header, select (Comments).
Note: If the section contains comments, the Comments icon has a red mark . Select this icon to add new comments or view the existing comments.
The <section name> Comments window appears.
Under Leaving Comment As: <user name>, enter your comments, and select Add.
The comment with the date and time is added to the Previous Comments section.
