If a document contains comments, the (Comments) icon with a read mark is displayed at the top of the following views:
Custom View
Full View
A saved filtered view
At the top of the Custom View, Full View, or a saved filtered view of a C-CDA document, select (Comments).
The Document Comments window appears.
To group the comments by section names, select Group By Section Name.
The comments are grouped by section names.
By default, the Document Comments window displays the comments entered when signing off on the document. To hide the sign-off comments, clear Show Sign-Off Comments.
To add a new comment, under Leaving Comment As, enter your comment, and then select Add.
