Change of Address Update Job
You can create the job to download and export the address change by configuring the fields as described in the following table.
Field | Description |

Source Directory | Indicates the directory from where you want the job to select the address update File. |
Update Address Records | Indicates whether you want the job to update the address records based on the address update file. |
Address Change Report: Printer Name | Indicates the printer through which you want the report to get printed. |
Address Change Report: Export Format | Indicates the format in which you want the report to get generated and exported. |
Address Change Report: Export File Name | Indicates the path and file name where you want the generated report to export in the format that you had selected. |
Address Change Report: Export Overwrite Option | Indicate to overwrite the time stamp whenever the report is newly generated and exported. |
Address Change Report: E-mail Export File To | Indicate one or more email addresses of the persons to whom the application should send the exported file. |
Address Change Report: Save Snapshot | Indicates whether you want to save the snapshot of the report to view in future. |
Address Change Report: Snapshot Name | Indicates the name for the snapshot of the report generated by the application. When the job is processed, this creates a snapshot of the report which NextGen® Background Business Processor job creates. |
Move Successful Files | Indicate the network location or folder to which you want the NextGen® Background Business Processor application to move successfully processed files. |
Move Failed Files | Indicate the network location or folder to which you want the NextGen® Background Business Processor application to move unsuccessfully processed files. |
Job runtime alert setting (minutes) | Indicate the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email. |
Job runtime alert email | Enter the email address of the person(s) to whom the application sends the job runtime alert. |
