Viewing Links on the Intake Template

The links on the Intake template enable you to open the templates where you can document the patient details. The Intake template associated with the various specialties has the following common links. The links that appear on the Intake template vary depending on the specialty that you have selected. You can also customize the links as per your requirements. Standing Orders. Enables you to open the Office Services template to create or update orders, document details of the diagnosis, and bill the orders. Adult Immunizations. Enables you to add the vaccine and allergy details of adult patients. Peds Immunizations. Enables you to add the vaccine, medication, and allergy details of pediatric patients. My Plan. Intake Template

The intake staff uses the Intake template to document a patient's chief complaint, vital signs, medications, allergies, standing orders, and various other findings that may not have already been recorded on the Home Page - ORT template. Documenting General Information of Patients You can document a patient's general information on the Intake template. Document Interpreter Details You can document the answers for the pre-configured questions. Document Configurable Questionnaires You can document the answers for the preconfigured questions on the Additional Visit Information template. Viewing Template Links on the Home Page Template

On the Home Page template, you can view and open links to other templates based on the selected specialty. The recommended workflow for a patient encounter is to begin on the Home Page template. If you set up the Home Page template as the default, then the same template automatically opens as the first template for an encounter. You can also open the generic Home Page template from the Templates module. You can review and document the summary of a patient's problems, history, allergies, medications, vital signs, orders, and so on, on the Home Page template. Review of Obstetrics Details by Intake Staff

The intake staff begins the current encounter on the Intake template. They can review the patient details documented during the previous encounters on the Home Page - Obstetrics template. The Home Page - Obstetrics template displays the information documented by the intake staff on the Intake and Histories templates for the provider's review.
