Telephone Call Tasking
The Telephone Call Tasking section enables you to configure the following:
- Template Preference - If you select the Attach Telephone Call template check box, then the communication task in the Inbox opens the main Telephone Call template. If you clear the Attach Telephone Call template check box, then the communication task in the Inbox opens the template specific to the call type.
- Tasking Category - You can click the Default tasking category field and select a category to set a default communication category to display in the Inbox.
