Set Up Required Referral and Follow-up Plan Fields

A practice-level configuration is available to select which fields are required for the Referral and Follow-up plan types.
  1. In My Custom Plan Setup, General Configuration panel, click the Set My Custom Plan Required Fields link to launch a template with options for the required fields.

  2. Select the required field name check boxes for Referrals, Follow-up, and Disposition.
  3. Click Save & Close and then click Save in the NextGen® Enterprise top toolbar.
    With the option turned on, an alert based on your practice's selections appears in a concatenated form on the My Plan or My Custom Plan template in run time.
