Set Up Preferences by Document Type

In the Provider Level Configuration section, the provider name selected in the Four Point Check automatically populates in the Provider field.

  1. Access the Documentation Configuration template.
  2. To select a different provider name, click the Provider field.
  3. In the Document Type field, click to select a value from the resulting list.
  4. Select the Consult Note or Referral Letter document type to add personalized information in the Opening statement and Closing statement fields.

  5. Select the preferred elements to display in the generated document.

  6. Select the Past Medical History, Family History, and Social History check boxes to include the details entered for these elements on the templates in the generated documents.
    • Select from the options to load defaults for all documents or just the selected document type.

  7. If you did not select a load default, click Add to include the provider-level preferences to the Configured Document Types grid.

  8. Click Save and Close.
