Set Up Preferences by Document Type
In the Provider Level Configuration section, the provider name selected in the Four Point Check automatically populates in the Provider field.
- Access the Documentation Configuration template.
- To select a different provider name, click the Provider field.
- In the Document Type field, click to select a value from the resulting list.
- Select the Consult Note or Referral Letter document type to add personalized information in the Opening statement and Closing statement fields.
- Select the preferred elements to display in the generated document.
- Select the Past Medical History, Family History, and Social History check boxes to include the details entered for these elements on the templates in the generated documents.
Note: The Social History Confidential sections are not included in any document.
- Select from the options to load defaults for all documents or just the selected document type.
Note: Selecting a load default automatically saves the document type or types in the Configured Document Types grid. - If you did not select a load default, click Add to include the provider-level preferences to the Configured Document Types grid.
- Click Save and Close.
