Copy a Provider's Document Type Preferences
On the Document Configuration template, Provider Level Configurations section, click the From field and select the name of the provider to copy preferences from. In the To field, select the name of the provider using the copied preferences. Click Copy. An alert message appears. Do one of the following: Click Yes to overwrite any existing preferences and copy the selected From provider's preferences to the name selected in the To field. Click No to cancel the changes. On the Document Configuration template, Provider Level Configurations section, select the Copy to all providers in the practice check box. Click the From field and select the name of the provider to copy preferences from. Click Copy. An alert message appears. Do one of the following: Click Yes to overwrite any existing preferences and copy the selected From provider's preferences to all providers in the practice. Click No to cancel the changes. Set Up Preferences by Document Type
In the Provider Level Configuration section, the provider name selected in the Four Point Check automatically populates in the Provider field. Access the Documentation Configuration template. To select a different provider name, click the Provider field. In the Document Type field, click to select a value from the resulting list. Select the Consult Note or Referral Letter document type to add personalized information in the Opening statement and Closing statement fields. Document Type on Document Configuration Template Select the preferred elements to display in the generated document. Provider Level Configurations Select the Past Medical History, Family History, and Social History check boxes to include the details entered for these elements on the templates in the generated documents. Note: The Social History Confidential sections are not included in any document. Select from the options to load defaults for all documents or just the selected document type. Disable or Enable APSO Summary Document
By default, the APSO document generation is turned on in the application. You can disable or enable APSO document generation anytime. Open the Document Configuration practice template. In the APSO Summary Document options section, do one of the following: To disable APSO document generation, select Disable APSO Document generation. Provider Level Document Configurations
In the Provider Level Configurations section, you can: Set the document type preferences Load default options for all or selected document types Copy the preferences from one provider to the other provider or all the providers in the practice Set the option to generate the master document online or offline. Delete Document Configurations for Surgery Orders
You can delete the configurations of document generations for surgery orders. On the Document Config system template, expand the Surgery Scheduling - Document Generation panel. In the configuration grid, select the configuration to be deleted. Click Delete. The document configuration for the surgery order is deleted.
