You can review the child development milestone history in the Child Development History tab on the SWYC Milestones Full View template.
Before you begin
To access the SWYC Milestones templates, you need to select the
Use SWYC development screening check box on the
Practice Configuration template. If the
Use SWYC development screening check box is not selected, you can open the
SWYC Milestone Family View template using
Templates 
on the
Top Toolbar. For more information on configurations, go to

- Open the Pediatric SOAP template.
- In the Screening panel, click Child Development History.
The SWYC Milestones Full View template opens.
- Click the Child Development History tab.
The
Child Development History template opens.
- To filter data in the grid based on specific milestone criteria, select a value in any or all of the following fields:

Form/Age Group
-
To view the developmental milestones details documented for the selected age group.

Response
-
To filter the data based on the response.

Category
-
To filter the data in the grid based on the selected category of the milestones like SWYC.
Note: You can click the Clear button to clear the selected filter criteria.
- To include child development history details in the document generated for the current visit, select the Detailed Document check box.
- To have a graphical view of the child's developmental milestone history, click the SWYC Graph button, and select the appropriate age group from the list to generate the SWYC scoring graph for review.
You can also print the graph for your reference.
The Developmental Screening grid displays the developmental screening tool names and results documented in the current encounter.
- To view the details of developmental screening in the Screening Tool Results grid, select a row in the grid, and click View only.
Note: You can click the Delete Row button to remove a screening details row in the Screening Tool Results grid.
