Remove Reasons for Visits

You can remove a reason for visit for a patient.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. On the Intake template, expand the Reason for Visit panel.
  3. Select the Additional / Manage link on the left pane.
    The Reason for Visit window opens.
  4. Select Clear corresponding to the applicable reason for visit field.
  5. Select Save & Close.
