Remove a Reason for Visit

You can remove a reason for visit for a patient.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the Intake template.
  3. Expand the Reason for Visit panel.
  4. Select the Additional / Manage link in the left pane of the Reason for Visit panel.
  5. Select Clear beside the applicable reason for visit field.
  6. Select Save & Close.
