Remove Reviewed Diagnostic Studies

You can remove the diagnostic studies from the Reason for Visit panel.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the Intake template.
3. In the Reason for Visit panel, do one of the following:
   • Select the Studies Reviewed record from the grid, and then select Remove.
   • Select Diagnostics to open the Diagnostic History Entry template, then select a diagnostic study from the grid, and select Remove from HPI Grid.
     Note: To turn on the Remove from HPI Grid button, you must select a study that is previously added to the grid on the Diagnostic History Entry template.
   The Studies Reviewed row no longer appears in the grid of the Reason for Visit panel.

   Note: Removing the record from the Reason for Visit panel does not remove it from the grid on the Diagnostic History Entry template or the History Summary panel.
