Update a Referral

Click to highlight the referral on the Referral History grid that you want to update. Click Edit. The Referrals – Orders template appears. Referrals Order Update the template with the new information. Click Save. You are returned to the Care Coordination Home Page with the entry for the referral updated in the Referral History grid. Generate a Referral Document

Click to highlight the referral on the Referral History grid for which you need the document. Click Referral. The system generates and displays the requested referral document. Parent topic: Referral History Panel

Referral History Panel

The Referral History panel lists all the referrals that have been issued for the current patient. If necessary, you can add a new referral or update an existing referral from this panel. Remove a Barrier to Care

Click to highlight the barrier to care on the Barriers to Care panel that you want to delete. Click the Remove button. You are prompted to confirm the delete. Click the Yes button. Remove an ER Visit

Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. On the Comp Assessment tab, expand Recent ER Visits (in last 12 months) panel.
