Update a Referral
Click to highlight the referral on the Referral History grid that you want to update. Click Edit. The Referrals – Orders template appears. Referrals Order Update the template with the new information. Click Save. You are returned to the Care Coordination Home Page with the entry for the referral updated in the Referral History grid. Remove a Referral
Click to highlight the referral on the Referral History panel that you want to remove. Click Remove. You are prompted to confirm the delete. Click Yes. Referral History Panel
The Referral History panel lists all the referrals that have been issued for the current patient. If necessary, you can add a new referral or update an existing referral from this panel. Generate Eligibility Report from Eligibility Manager
To perform an eligibility referral report from the eligibility verification dashboard, right-click anywhere in the dashboard grid and select Eligibility Referral Report. Access the Referrals Order Template

Referral History Inquiries
Do the following to submit a referral history inquiry: Right-click and select Referral History from one of the defined access paths. The Provider Referral Inquiry appears. Complete the following required fields: Patient Insurances Requesting Physician Complete the optional fields: Requesting Location (leave blank) Referred To Entity Type Code Qualifier (leave blank) ID Code (leave blank) Reference Code Qualifier (leave blank) Reference ID Code (leave blank) Notes (not sent to payer but displays on response - 255-character limit) Select OK. The inquiry is now being processed. The progress bar at the bottom of the dialog box displays under Ready to Submit. When the submission is complete, the system displays the response in the Referral Result window. View the Transaction Details, Service Provider Details, and Subscriber Details.
