Remove Patient Hospitalization Records
Before you begin
- On the Comp Assessment tab, expand Recent Hospitalizations panel.
- Highlight the record that you want to remove from the grid.
- Click Remove.

Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. On the Comp Assessment tab, expand Recent Hospitalizations panel. Click the Location field and select the hospital the patient was admitted to from the resulting list. Click the Admit date field and select the date the patient was admitted to the hospital from the resulting calendar. Click the D/C dates field and select the date the patient was discharged from the hospital from the resulting calendar. Click the D/C diagnosis field, and then select a discharge diagnosis from the window that appears. Click the appropriate option for Summary report received. Click Add. The record appears in the Recent Hospitalizations. Repeat this procedure to add additional hospitalizations. Click to highlight the referral on the Referral History panel that you want to remove. Click Remove. You are prompted to confirm the delete. Click Yes. Click Specialty and select a specialty from the list. Click the Patient Discharge Instructions option. (Optional) Select a Procedure and Category. The grid displays the pre-configured discharge instructions associated with the selected procedure and category. Highlight a row in the grid. Click Remove. The selected discharge instruction is removed from the grid. Note: If you attempt to remove a patient discharge instruction that has a value in the Required field, an alert message appears to confirm.
