Pre-requisites to Use Document Types to Satisfy a Guideline

You can set up the pre-requisites to use Document Types to satisfy a care guideline.

Before you begin

To use the document types to satisfy a guideline, you must do the following configurations in the File Maintenance > Document Management Master Files - System to be able to link guidelines or tests to the scanned document types in the Document Types/ Codifications section in the Interventions/Test Equivalents/Descriptions panel on the Care Guidelines Setup template to satisfy the guidelines.

  • Configure the required document categories.
  • Configure the date of service.
  • Configure the required document types with the attributes, security rights and link them to the document categories.
  • Link and then mark the date of service as required to the document type.
