You can document and manage a patient's vital signs.
You can add various vital signs for a patient during an encounter. The most recent value for each vital sign appears in the grid. A number appears adjacent to the vital sign to indicate the number of times a value is recorded for the vital sign. You can point to the number to view the values and the time when each value is recorded.
You can view only the vital sign records documented for the current day in the grid. To view the historical vital signs records, you can use the History link. To view the vital signs graphs you can enable the Graph link.
