Procedure Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
The Procedure panel enables you to add the details of procedure(s) to be performed on the patient. The procedure details documented in the Procedure panel appear in the Reason for Visit panel on the ASC - Physician Procedure template of the Procedure Visit Type. Procedure If the case ID of the encounters is the same, the grid in the Procedure panel displays all the procedures documented in different encounters within the current case ID. Generate Document Button on the ASC - Scheduling Question Template
The Generate Document button at the bottom of the ASC - Scheduling Questions template generates the ASC_Schdquestions document. The document includes all the data entered on the ASC - Scheduling Questions template, and on the Histories template in the current encounter. Patient Pre Admission Instructions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
The Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel displays the patient instructions associated with a procedure and a section. In addition to the pre-configured default instructions, when you answer a scheduling screening question associated with the section on the Interview Questions panel, the configured patient instruction for the selected answer appears in the grid on the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel. The pre-admission instructions are pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
The Interview Questions panel displays the scheduling questions associated with the procedure. When the procedure is selected in the Procedure panel, the grid in the Interview Questions panel populates with the screening questions pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Interview Questions If you wish to ask patient the scheduling questions associated with a particular section, click the Section field above the grid. The questions associated with the selected section appear in the grid for selection. The Question field contains the first question available in the grid and the corresponding options for the answer appear in the Answer field. The questions and the associated answers are configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Chart Check Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
The Chart Check panel displays the tasks based on the procedure, section, and the answers selected for the screening questions. Chart Check When you select a procedure in the Procedure panel, the tasks associated with the selected procedure appear in the grid. These tasks are configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template based on a procedure. You can filter the tasks associated with a section from the Section field above the grid. Patient Prep Panel on the ASC - Pre admission Template
The Patient Prep panel displays the prep types documented by the scheduler on the ASC - Scheduling Screening Questions template. For information on prep documentation, see Patient Prep Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template. In the Patient Prep panel, the clinical support staff reviews the prep types and adds any new prep type for the patient. If the case ID of the encounters is identical, then the data entered in the panel on the ASC - Pre admission template carry forward to the next encounters within the same case ID.
