The Exam Flowsheets sub-navigational link launches the Pt Exam Grids template where you can view the patient's exam findings from all Physical Therapy encounters.
The edema and wound incision findings appear in a grid format. Graphic representations of wound size findings appear in the Wound Size (sq cm) Graph at the bottom of the template.
