View Functional Levels

Navigate to the Observations panel on the Objective template. Select the View Functional Assessments Flowsheets link to view functional assessments. Exam Flowsheets

The Exam Flowsheets sub-navigational link launches the Pt Exam Grids template where you can view the patient's exam findings from all Physical Therapy encounters. The edema and wound incision findings appear in a grid format. Graphic representations of wound size findings appear in the Wound Size (sq cm) Graph at the bottom of the template. Document Knee Score

In the Range of Motion panel on the General Exam PT - PE template, click the Knee Score Right or the Knee Score Left link to document the knee score. The corresponding Knee Score Right – PE or Knee Score Left – PE template opens. Select findings for Pain, Stability, Range of Motion, and Deductions. The Knee Score calculates automatically. Document Knee Function Score

To document the Knee Function Score, click the Function Score link on the Knee Score physical exam template. The Knee Function Score – PE template opens. Knee Function Score - PE Select function options for Walking, Stairs, and Deductions. The Function Score calculates automatically. Click Save & Close. The Knee Score template opens.
