The Functional Limitation link launches the Functional Limitations template where you can document functional limitation details for basic physical activities as reported by the patient.
- From any tabbed template in the Physical Therapy specialty, click the Functional Limitations link to launch the Functional Limitations template.
The
Functional Limitations template opens.
- Select patient reported details, as appropriate, under the classifications of Able To, Not Able To, and Finds it Difficult to.
- Click Save & Close.
