Edit Activity Scores and Priorities

You can only edit the scores and priorities of today's encounter. Open the OPTIMAL Instrument template. Click Edit. The Edit OPTIMAL Instrument window opens. Edit difficulty and confidence scores for activities. In the Prioritization section, define three priorities. You must enter the three priorities every time you open the Edit OPTIMAL Instrument window. The activity group for the first priority appears in the ICF Activity field. Click Save & Close. Add Activity Scores and Define Priorities

Configure Physical Therapy Goals

From the File menu, select System/Practice Template. Click the Practice tab. Set Show to All. Scroll down and double-click PT Goal Administration. The PT Goal Administration template opens. Goal Administration Click the Template name field to select the name of an HPI or PE template from the list. Click the Table field to select the name of a table from the list. Click the Field field to select the name of the field from the list. Click the Goal type field to select the type of goal from the picklist. Click the Custom description field to type in a description. Click the Value mask field to type in a numeric value. Click the Value translation field to enter an interpretation for the value entered in the Value mask field. Click the fields for Normal values and enter one or more normal values for the goal. By default, the Normal values fields display ‘NULL’. Up to four normal values can be entered by replacing the value NULL. If not using a normal value field, it should be left displayin

Physical Therapy Home Page Template Details

The practice can customize the panels displayed on the Home Page - Physical Therapy template. The following table describes the panels on the template. Panel Description Diagnosis Lists all the assessments to be included in orders and billing. You can view billing assessments for the current encounter, including ICD codes. Goals Displays patient's therapy goals documented by the provider in the Therapy Goals template. Treatment History Displays the treatment hisory details related to the patient. Historical PE Displays the Historical PE details. Treatment Log Displays the patient's treatement details by encounter. Lists the patient's encounter diagnosis, treating assessments, and a history of treatments in a flowsheet format, organized by the encounter date. Allergies Lists the allergies associated with a patient. Medications Lists the patient's current medications. Goals

The Goals grid displays data entered on the Therapy Goal template. You must enter at least one goal on an Eval visit to be able to submit charges. There will be a hard stop on the Fee Sheet if a patient does not have any active goals. You must update at least one goal on a Re-Eval or Progress visit. Goals grid Open the Therapy Goal Template You can add or update speech therapy goals on the Therapy Goal template. Add Therapy Goals Manually Sort Goals You can change the order of the goals listed in the grid. Update a Goal You can change the content of any goal, including expired goals.
