Add Activity Scores and Define Priorities

Open the OPTIMAL Instrument template. Click Add. The Edit OPTIMAL Instrument window opens. Edit Optimal Instrument Add difficulty and confidence scores for all activities. In the Prioritization section, define three priorities. The activity group for the first priority appears in the ICF Activity field. Click Save & Close. View Activity Scores and Priorities

You can view a patient's difficulty and confidence scores for activities in the following groups on the OPTIMAL Instrument template: Changing & Maintaining Body Positions Walking & Moving Carrying Moving & Handling Objects From the Physical Therapy template, click the OPTIMAL link. The OPTIMAL Instrument template opens. The group that the first priority belongs to appears in the Currently reporting on field. Optimal Instrument To view another group in the Currently reporting on field, edit the priority on the Edit OPTIMAL Instrument window. To view difficulty and confidence scores from today's visit, select Today's visit. To view difficulty and confidence scores from all visits, select All current visits. To view activities in the group that appears in the Currently reporting on field, select the Filter by related reporting activity check box. Order Ophthalmology Diagnostic Tests and Task a Technician

You can order ophthalmic diagnostic testing on the Assessment/Plan - OPH template, from the A/I/P Details panel in the Plan section. In the Plan section, go to the A/I/P Details panel and do one of the following: Select an assessment. Select the General RTC check box in the Return To Clinic section. If you select the General RTC check box and then click the Indication field, the diagnosis search window opens to select a diagnosis. Click the Order Tests link in the Plan section. The Order Test – OPH template opens. The Priority displays Normal by default. To change the displayed priority, click the field and select from the list. The Ordered date field defaults to the current encounter date. To change the date, click the field and select from the onscreen Calendar. Click the Indication field and select a diagnosis using the diagnosis search window. Subject displays Test Request by default. To change, click the Subject field and enter the subject. Enter Goals/Objectives and Interventions Addressed Today

Expand the Goals/Objectives and Interventions Addressed Today panel. Click the Goal today field to select a goal from a list of previously entered goals. A goal must be entered before an objective can be selected. Select the Objective today from the picklist. Click the Add button. In the Interventions Addressed Today section, do one or both of the following: Click the Select From Previous IAP Interventions link to choose a value previously entered for the client. Click Select Other Interventions to open a practice-wide list of interventions. Each selected intervention appears in the Intervention/method provided field. Any goals and/or objective data that were previously entered on the Comprehensive Assessment template set populate in the panels found here. The grid on this panel offers a quick view of the client's current goals and objectives. In the Goals/Objectives Addressed As Per Individualized Action Plan section, field, click to Goal today select a previously entered item. Select an Objective today from the picklist of previously entered objectives. Click Add. In the Interventions Addressed Today section, do one or both of the following actions: Click Select From Previous IAP Intervention to select a previously entered value. Enter details in the Interventions/methods provided memo field. Click the My Phrases link to select a sentence to enter in the Interventions addressed today section. Click Add. Click Save & Close. Select the Objective today from the list previously entered objectives. Click Add. In the Interventions Addressed Today section, click Select From Previous IAP Intervention to choose a previous entered value. Enter the Interventions/methods provided. Record the Response to Interventions/progress toward goals and objectives. Document the Issues referred to physician/psychiatrist for consideration.
