Configure Physical Therapy Goals

  1. From the File menu, select System/Practice Template.
  2. Click the Practice tab.
  3. Set Show to All.
  4. Scroll down and double-click PT Goal Administration.
  5. The PT Goal Administration template opens.

  6. Click the Template name field to select the name of an HPI or PE template from the list.
  7. Click the Table field to select the name of a table from the list.
  8. Click the Field field to select the name of the field from the list.
  9. Click the Goal type field to select the type of goal from the picklist.
  10. Click the Custom description field to type in a description.
  11. Click the Value mask field to type in a numeric value.
  12. Click the Value translation field to enter an interpretation for the value entered in the Value mask field.
  13. Click the fields for Normal values and enter one or more normal values for the goal.
    By default, the Normal values fields display ‘NULL’. Up to four normal values can be entered by replacing the value NULL. If not using a normal value field, it should be left displaying NULL.
  14. Click the Add button above the grid.
    The grid refreshes and displays the new goal.
