Panel	Description
Diagnosis	Lists all the assessments to be included in orders and billing. You can view billing assessments for the current encounter, including ICD codes.
Goals	Displays patient's therapy goals documented by the provider in the Therapy Goals template.
Treatment History	Displays the treatment hisory details related to the patient.
Historical PE	Displays the Historical PE details.
Treatment Log	Displays the patient's treatement details by encounter. Lists the patient's encounter diagnosis, treating assessments, and a history of treatments in a flowsheet format, organized by the encounter date.
Allergies	Lists the allergies associated with a patient.
Medications	Lists the patient's current medications.
Orders	Lists the patient's labs, diagnostics, immunization, surgical procedures, and referral orders.

Patient's Summary Review for Physical Therapy by the Provider

The information documented by the nursing staff on the Intake template displays on the Home Page template for the provider's review. You can update information on the Intake and SOAP templates. Patient's Summary Review for Physical Therapy by the Intake Staff

The information documented by the intake staff in the Intake and Histories templates during the previous patient encounters is reflected on the Home Page - Physical Therapy template for the provider's review. Most clinical staffs start on the Intake template. The recommended workflow for Physical Therapy is to begin a patient encounter on the Home Page - Physical Therapy template. If you have previously set up the Home Page - Physical Therapy template as the default template, it automatically opens as the first template for a new encounter. To learn how to set the Home Page - Physical Therapy template as the default template, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Getting Started User Guide for NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. General Physical Therapy Workflow

The Physical Therapy tabbed template set presents a general workflow for documenting the patient history, physical therapy orders, physical exam, goals, and treatment for physical therapy encounters. Patient's Summary Review for Physical Therapy by the Intake Staff If required, the intake staff can review the patient's historical information documented in the previous encounters on the Home Page - Physical Therapy template. Access Home Page - Physical Therapy You can use the Templates module to access the Home Page - Physical Therapy template. Adding and Reviewing Allergies You can add and review the allergy details associated with a patient in the Allergies panel. Treatment Log Template

The Treatment Log - Physical Therapy template enables providers to review the patient’s encounter diagnoses, treating assessments, and a history of treatments in a flowsheet format, organized by encounter date. In addition, documents for orders, work notes and patient encounters can be generated here. The Diagnosis panel on the Treatment Log template is read-only. The Diagnosis panel displays the Encounter Diagnosis and Treating Assessment sections. The Treatment Log panel displays a read-only view of treatments by encounter. Allergy Home Page Template

You can review the historical information of the patient on the Home Page - Allergy template. The panels displayed on the Home Page - Allergy template can be customized by the practice. Panel Description General Enables you to indicate if the patient is new or an established patient for the current encounter.
