You can document the patient’s responsibilities and functional capabilities in their daily life and add any comments regarding restrictions of those capabilities.
- On the Function template, select the Patient Responsibilities link in the left pane or on the template at the lower right.
The
Patient Responsibilities template opens.
- Mark the checkboxes for all functions that the patient is responsible for. For any function not listed, mark one of the Other checkboxes, and then enter a description of the function in the text field beside it.
- To add any comments, enter them in the Comments field.
- Select Save & Close.
You return to the Function template.
- If you have nothing more to document on the Function template, select Save & Close.
