Record Medication Data

On the BH - Psychiatric Evaluation template, expand the Medication Information panel. In the Active Medications section, select a Patient status. If required, click the Quality button for information associated with the Clinical Quality Measure (CQM). Click the Comments link to include medication details in the generated document. Select one of these options: No medications this encounter Medications reconciled Click Add/Update or Reconcile to update the data in the grid. To include Other Medications Reported by Patient, use the Add, Update, Remove, or Clear buttons. CAUTION: It is highly recommended that the Other Medications Reported by Patient values are verified for accuracy before entering them into the grid for Active Medications. Enter Allergy Data

On the BH - Psychopharm template, expand the Medication Information panel. In the Allergies section, select No known allergies, Allergies added today, or Reviewed, no change. Click Add to add new allergies for the patient. The Adult Allergies or Pediatric Allergies template appears. Select the allergen reported by the patient. The Allergy Reaction list appears. Enter a Reaction from the list that automatically launches or click on the top blank row to type a reaction. Click Save & Close to close the template and enter the data into the grid. Select the Reviewed, updated option. Note: The severity of the reaction cannot be added on the Allergies panel. Go to the Medication Allergies module to add the severity of the reaction, where multiple reactions and severities can be selected. After the severity is added in the Medication Allergies module and updated, the severity appears in the Allergies panel grid under the Reaction (Severity) column. The Allergies panel on the BH - Nurse Note template is used to add or review allergy information. If no allergies are reported by the client, select the No known allergies check box. If the client indicates a new allergy has presented since the last visit, click Add and do the following: Select the allergen from the list. Allergies

The Allergies panel enables you to add and review the allergy information associated with a patient. You can only add the allergy and its reaction on the Allergies panel; the severity level needs to be added from the Medication Allergies module. However, when the severity level is added in the Medication Allergies module and updated, the severity level in the allergies panel grid is displayed under the Reaction (Severity) column. From the module, for the same allergy, you could select multiple reactions and their respective severities. Allergies

You can manage patient allergy details of a patient. You can add and review the allergy details of a patient in the Allergies panel. The Allergies panel enables you to add and review the allergy information associated with a patient. If there are no known allergies for a patient, you can select No known allergies. Allergies Panel You can only add the allergy and its reaction in the Allergies panel. The severity level must be added from the Medication Allergies module. For an allergy record, you can select multiple reactions and their respective severity levels from the Medication Allergies module. You can view the intolerance details for the added allergies in theAllergiespanel if theIntolerancecheck box is selected on the Medication Allergies module. Adding and Reviewing Allergies

You can add and review the allergy details associated with a patient in the Allergies panel. You can add an allergy and its reaction on the Allergies panel. You must add the severity level on the Medication Allergies module which then displays the severity level in the Reaction (Severity) column in the Allergies panel. On the Medication Allergies module, you can select multiple reactions and the respective severities for each allergy.
