Documenting Test Date for Scheduled Orders

If you change the Status of the order to Scheduled, document the following fields to indicate the test date:

  1. Click Scheduled date and select the scheduled date of the test from the calendar.
  2. Click Hour and select the hour from the list.
    The Minutes list opens.
  3. Select the minutes from the list.
  4. Select the AM or PM option to indicate the correct period of day.

  5. Click Action/comment and select an option from the list.
  6. If the options are not appropriate for selection, then click the top-blank row in the list and enter the appropriate value in the Action/comment field.
  7. Click Save.
    The order details appear in the grid in the Order status detail/actions grid, and upload the information to the Orders panel.
