Order Ophthalmic Diagnostic Tests from Orders Panel
- Open the Intake - OPH template and then expand the Orders panel.
 - Click Add Diagnostic Test.
   A grid with different diagnostic tests appears.
 - Select an appropriate test from the grid.
 - Select a side from the picklist
 - Click the Diagnosis field to select appropriate diagnosis from the DX history window or select the diagnosis using the Diagnosis Lookup link.
 - In Schedule tests, select Today or select Other and select a timeframe.
 - Select the appropriate transits and location.
 - Select Patient may leave after test, if applicable.
 - Enter additional comments in the Order Comment field.
 - In the Ordered field, by default, the current provider is selected. However, you can change the user if necessary by clicking the Ordered field and selecting the desired user.
 - To task a technician about the tests being ordered, click the Task button.
 - Click Place Order.
   The diagnostic test order appears in the grid.
