Documenting Problem Notes
You can document a problem note for a patient problem.
If you add a note to a problem, the note appears when the corresponding problem is selected in the grid. If notes are not added, you can add a note to the problem, and the note appears in Problem Notes.
You can use Most Recent Note by Current User to view authored notes, and Most Recent Note to view notes entered by other users. The notes entered by other users are read-only.
The View all notes link enables you to view all the problem notes associated with the selected problem.
Based on the configuration done in Problem List Note on the Practice Configuration template, you can set a default view option to filter notes.
