You can filter the problem notes displayed on the
Problem List
panel.
Select a row in the
Problem List
grid.
The details of the selected problem automatcially fill the fields below the grid.
To filter the
Problem Notes
by the most recent note, select
Most Recent Note
.
Note:
The notes entered by other users are read-only.
To view notes by the current user, select
Most Recent Note by current user
.
To view all the problem notes associated with the selected problem, click the
View all notes
link.

Problem Notes
You can add a note to the problem, and the new note appears in Problem Notes grid. You can configure a default view option to filter notes with the Problem List Note setting on the Practice Configuration practice template. Documenting Problem Notes
You can document a problem note for a patient problem. If you add a note to a problem, the note appears when the corresponding problem is selected in the grid. If notes are not added, you can add a note to the problem, and the note appears in Problem Notes. You can use Most Recent Note by Current User to view authored notes, and Most Recent Note to view notes entered by other users. The notes entered by other users are read-only. The View all notes link enables you to view all the problem notes associated with the selected problem. Based on the configuration done in Problem List Note on the Practice Configuration template, you can set a default view option to filter notes. Update a Problem Note
Select the patient's encounter that contains the problem. Select a problem in the Problem List. Do one of the following: Right-click the problem, and then select View/Add Notes. On the toolbar of the Problem data entry area, select View/Add Notes. The Problem Notes window displays the existing notes. Problem Notes Select the note in the Problem Notes window, and then select Update Note. The Edit Problem Note window displays the current note. Update the note as required. Add a Problem Note
You can add or update a problem note to a patient's chart when required. The problems toolbar contains a Recent Note column that displays the content of the most recent note added for the problem. Select the patient's encounter that contains the problem. Select a problem in the Problem List. Do one of the following: Right-click the problem, and then select View/Add Notes. On the toolbar of the Problem data entry area, select View/Add Notes. The Problem Notes window opens. Problem Notes Select Add Note. The Add Problem Note window opens. Delete a Problem Note
You can delete a previously created problem note from the Problem Notes window. Right-click a problem, and select View/Add Notes. The Problem Notes window opens. Select the note you want to delete, and select Delete Note. The Delete Note window opens. Select OK to delete the problem note, and then select Close. Parent topic: Open the Problem Notes

Add notes to a problem in Problems module in the Problem Notes window. The View/Add Notes button enables you to view or add notes to a problem in the Problems module.
