You can add or update a problem note to a patient's chart when required. The problems toolbar contains a Recent Note column that displays the content of the most recent note added for the problem.
- Select the patient's encounter that contains the problem.
- Select a problem in the Problem List.
- Do one of the following:
- Select Add Note.
The
Add Problem Note window opens.
- Enter a note and select OK to save the note.
The
Add Problem Note window closes and the note is added to the
Problem Notes window.
