You can delete a previously created problem note from the Problem Notes window.
- Right-click a problem, and select View/Add Notes.
The Problem Notes window opens.
- Select the note you want to delete, and select Delete Note.
The Delete Note window opens.
- Select OK to delete the problem note, and then select Close.
