Generate Documents on the ASC - Physician Procedure Template

The following two buttons are available at the bottom of the ASC - Physician Procedure template: Button Function Procedure Letter Click to generate the Asc_Ref_Proc_Phy_proc_letter document for the referring providers as a reference to the procedure performed on the patient. Generate Document Click to generate encounter based document Or, Click the drop-down arrow on the button and select a procedure from the list to generate the procedure based document. The procedure note document includes all the details and the images associated with the selected procedure. Note: The system generates the referral note with the procedure document if you select the Generate Procedure Letter on generation of the Procedure document check box in the Procedure Documentation Config practice template. Add a New Procedure or Findings

To add a new procedure or finding data, click Add New. The left and the right arrows at the bottom of the ASC Procedure Documentation template are used to navigate to the previous and the next available procedure details respectively. You can also click the label Entry and select the required entry from the list. Click Save & Close. The documented data appears in the Documentation panel. To delete a procedure documentation record, highlight a row in the Documentation panel grid and click Remove. If you want to save the documented values as the default template, click the Quick Save button and enter a default set name for the template. Update Documented Data in the Documentation Panel

In the Documentation panel, select a row in the grid. Click Edit to open the ASC Procedure Documentation template. Make the required changes by clicking any of the sections in the left pane, and then updating the selections in the grid. The selected values update to the field below the View label. Click Save & Close. The modified record updates in the Documentation panel grid. To delete a procedure documentation record, highlight a row in the Documentation panel grid and click Remove. If you want to save the documented values as the default template, click the Quick Save button and enter a default set name for the template.
