Access the Procedure Documentation Config Practice Template

The Procedure Documentation Config practice template enables you to configure procedure documentation and findings. The configured content appears in the run-time Documentation panel and Findings panel on the ASC - Physician Procedure template. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. In Select Template, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, click All.A list of practice templates opens. Select Procedure Documentation Config. Click OK. The Procedure Documentation Config practice template opens. To configure specialty-specific procedure documentation and finding content, click Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The icon is available to view instructions on how to use the Procedure Documentation Config practice template. Documentation Panel on the ASC - Physician Procedure Template

The Documentation panel enables you to document the procedure details. In this panel, the provider can document details of single or multiple procedures. You can also document any additional findings associated with a procedure. Add a New Procedure or Findings

To add a new procedure or finding data, click Add New. The left and the right arrows at the bottom of the ASC Procedure Documentation template are used to navigate to the previous and the next available procedure details respectively. You can also click the label Entry and select the required entry from the list. Click Save & Close. The documented data appears in the Documentation panel. To delete a procedure documentation record, highlight a row in the Documentation panel grid and click Remove. If you want to save the documented values as the default template, click the Quick Save button and enter a default set name for the template. Configure a Sub Section

In the Sub Sections panel on the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, you can configure sub-sections for the section configured in the Sections panel. You can also add sub-sections to the sub-section configured in this panel. On the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, expand the Sub Sections panel. Click Procedure to open a list of procedures associated with the selected specialty. The procedures are configured for a specialty on the Procedure Config practice template. Select a procedure to configure sub-sections specific for a procedure. Select any of the following options: Procedure documentation - Select this option to configure sub-sections for the procedure documentation section available in the left pane of the Documentation panel in this practice template. The configured sub-sections also appear on the run-time ASC Procedure Documentation template. The option is selected by default. Procedure Findings - Select this option to configure sub-sections for
