In the Sections panel of the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, you can configure procedure documentation and procedure findings sections that appear in the left pane of the Documentation panel on this practice template. In run time, the configured sections of procedure documentation and procedure findings appear in the ASC Procedure Documentation and ASC Phy Procedure Findings templates. On the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, expand the Sections panel. To configure sections for a procedure, click Procedure and select a procedure from the list. The list includes all the procedures configured in the Procedure Config practice template for the selected specialty. Select any of the following options: Procedure documentation - Select this option to configure sections to appear in the left pane of the Documentation panel in this practice template and on the run-time ASC Procedure Documentation template. In the Procedure Findings panel, you can configure findings for a procedure, and map the Graphical Exam Tool (GET) findings to the procedure findings. On the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, expand the Procedure Findings panel. Click Procedure to open a list of procedures associated with the selected specialty. Note: The procedures are configured for a specialty on the Procedure Config practice template. Select a procedure to configure findings for a specific procedure. In Procedure findings, enter a finding to be associated with the procedure. To map the procedure finding to a finding in GET, click GET findings equivalent and select a GET finding from the list. Note: The list includes the GET findings that are not mapped to a procedure finding. You cannot assign the same GET findings to more than one finding in a procedure. In Location qualifier, enter a location for the findings. If the grid includes previously entered locations, the Location qualifier field opens aConfigure Procedure Findings

In the Documentation panel, you can add the procedure documentation and procedure findings values for sections and sub-sections configured in the Procedure Documentation Config practice template. On the Procedure Documentation Config- practice template, expand the Documentation panel. Click Procedure and select a procedure from the list. The procedures are configured for a specialty on the Procedure Config practice template. Select Procedure documentation or Procedure finding to configure values for a section or sub-section available in the left pane of this panel. If you select the Procedure Findings option, the system opens a list of locations or findings documented for a procedure in the Procedure Findings panel. Based on the selected procedure, the first list can include locations. After you select a location, the second list appears to select a finding. Select a section or sub-section from the left pane. To add a sub-section to a section on the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, select Sub section 1. Click the Previous section to open a list of sections configured in the Section panel of this practice template. Select a section from the list. Enter a Sub section for the selected section. The value documented in the Sub Section field fills in the Short description field. The value in the Short description field appears as a navigational tab above the grid in the Documentation panel on this practice template, and on the run-time templates. If the Procedure Findings option is selected, click the GET Member Equivalent field and select a GET attribute (column) to map to the sub-section. In the run-time Findings panel, you need to configure the column to appear in the GET grid to display the mapped sub-section data. The Procedure Documentation Config practice template enables you to configure procedure documentation and findings. The configured content appears in the run-time Documentation panel and Findings panel on the ASC - Physician Procedure template. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. In Select Template, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, click All.A list of practice templates opens. Select Procedure Documentation Config. Click OK. The Procedure Documentation Config practice template opens. To configure specialty-specific procedure documentation and finding content, click Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The icon is available to view instructions on how to use the Procedure Documentation Config practice template. On the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, select Sub section 2 to add a sub-section to the configured Sub section 1 Click the Previous section to open a list of configured sections and sub-sections. Select a sub section 1 configured in Add a Sub Section to a Section. Enter a Sub section for the selected sub-section 1. The value documented in the Sub Section field fills the Short description field. The value in the Short description field appears as navigational tab above the grid in the Documentation panel on this practice template, and on the run-time templates. If the Procedure Findings option is selected, click the GET Member Equivalent field and select the GET attribute (column) to map to the sub-section 1 value.
