Add a New Procedure or Findings
- To add a new procedure or finding data, click Add New.
The left
and the right
arrows at the bottom of the ASC Procedure Documentation template are used to navigate to the previous and the next available procedure details respectively. You can also click the label Entry and select the required entry from the list.
- Click Save & Close.
The documented data appears in the Documentation panel.
- To delete a procedure documentation record, highlight a row in the Documentation panel grid and click Remove.
- If you want to save the documented values as the default template, click the Quick Save
button and enter a default set name for the template. The default name appears in the list generated by clicking the Quick Load
button.
