Document Visitor and Call Details

Document visit and call details the client receives in the Log section of the Call/Visitor Authorization & Log panel.

  1. On the BH - Residential Administration template, expand the Call/Visitor Authorization & Log panel.
  2. In the Log section, select the Call or Visit type.
  3. Enter the Date, Number of visitors, Visit duration, and Name(s).
  4. Enter the Phone number and any additional Comments.
  5. To delete information from the fields before it is saved to the grid, click Clear.
  6. Click Add to save the information to the grid.
  7. Select an option to filter the grid.
  8. To modify a grid entry, highlight the desired row to populate the fields above with the data, make the changes, and click Update.
  9. To delete a highlighted item from the grid, highlight the grid row and click Remove.
