Document Dependent Data

  1. The Dependents panel on the BH - Residential Administration template includes functionality similar to the Comprehensive Assessment, Social History section tab, Family Information panel.
  2. In the Dependents panel on the BH - Residential Administration template, type the dependent's information in the required fields.
  3. Enter the dependent's Relationship to the client and Date of birth.
    The system calculates and populates the dependent's Age.
  4. Document who the dependent is Living with and Identify custody issues.
  5. Do one of the following actions:
    • Select Currently residing at facility to populate the At Facility column in the grid with a yes.
    • Select the Dependent left facility option, enter the date, and add Comments to change the yes value to a no in the At Facility column in the grid.
  6. To delete data from the related fields before it is saved to the grid, click Clear.
  7. Click Add to save the information to the grid.
  8. To modify a grid entry, highlight it to populate the fields above with the data, make the changes and click Update.
  9. To delete a row in the grid, highlight the grid row and click Remove.
