Document Dependent Data
- The Dependents panel on the BH - Residential Administration template includes functionality similar to the Comprehensive Assessment, Social History section tab, Family Information panel.
- In the Dependents panel on the BH - Residential Administration template, type the dependent's information in the required fields.
- Enter the dependent's Relationship to the client and Date of birth.
The system calculates and populates the dependent's Age.
- Document who the dependent is Living with and Identify custody issues.
- Do one of the following actions:
- Select Currently residing at facility to populate the At Facility column in the grid with a yes.
- Select the Dependent left facility option, enter the date, and add Comments to change the yes value to a no in the At Facility column in the grid.
- To delete data from the related fields before it is saved to the grid, click Clear.
- Click Add to save the information to the grid.
- To modify a grid entry, highlight it to populate the fields above with the data, make the changes and click Update.
- To delete a row in the grid, highlight the grid row and click Remove.
