Document the Interview Questions Panel

  1. Expand the Interview Questions panel.
    The Allergies link opens the Allergies module. For more information, see Add the Allergy Details in Medication Allergies Module.

    The Medications links opens the Medications module. For more information, see Document the Patient's Medications.

  2. In the Answer field, select the appropriate answer for the question available in the Question field.
    An asterisk (*) appears to the left of the selected answer.
  3. Enter any Comment for the question being asked.
    You can enter comments without selecting an answer for the question. An alert message appears if the question is associated with an alert.
    • Review the alert message and click OK.

    If you want to task the question and the corresponding answer and/or comments to a recipient for follow-up, see Task Individual Questions or the Entire Questionnaire to a Recipient.

  4. Click Save & Next.
    The selected answer and any associated alert message appear in the grid.
    Interview Questions

    The Question field populates with the next question in the grid.

    The Previous button is used to return to the previous question. The Previous button is unavailable if the Question field displays the first question available in the grid.

  5. Repeat steps 1 through 3 and answer all the questions in the grid.
  6. Click the Check for Additional Questions button at the bottom of the panel.
    The system displays any additional questions in the grid, configured based on the answers selected for certain screening questions.

    The Unanswered Questions check box auto-selects to indicate that certain questions in the grid are not answered.

  7. After you answer all the additional questions in the grid, click the Check for Additional Questions button again until all the additional questions are answered and an alert message appears indicating that there are no further questions to answer.
