Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management.
If an intervention requires an action by a provider, you can create a task for that provider. The tasks you create are not linked to a particular intervention and behave as any other task in the tasking function.
On the Plan/Intervention tab, expand the Interventions panel.
Select the intervention for which you need to create a task and click Task.
The To Do window appears.
The Date Due and Priority fields are pre-filled with current date and priority.
Note: If you want to specify a different date or priority, click the corresponding fields and then select appropriate value.
Select a Subject and a Category.
Type the message in the Message field.
Click Save & Close.
The Attach template appears.
Do one of the following:
If you do not want to attach a document, then click the No Attachment option.
To attach a document to this task, click the appropriate document option and select a document.
Note: The document name appears in the Attach Patient’s Document field. You can attach only one document to a task.
Click OK.
The Select Task Recipients template appears.
Click to highlight a user or a workgroup on the Available Users/Workgroups pane and click Add to move the group or user to the Task Recipients pane.
When you have selected all the recipients for a task, click OK.
