The values you establish apply only to the selected practice.
- Click the Payer field and select the payer configured in NextGen File Maintenance.
- Enter the Visit type and Licensure.
Note: The Licensure field is optional/informational. The Licensure list is configured in the Custom DBpicklist system template. Note: The values in the Service Item Mstr picklist are configured in a Service Categories Master File called Behavioral Health. - Select No or Yes for the following:
- Require E&M code
- Require additional code
- Time-based
Note: For the two options required, if you select Yes for one option, the system will automatically set the other option to No. However, you can set both to No. The Time-based option is independent of the other settings. - To work on a different mapping without saving any changes to the current values in the Map Service Code section and to clear data in the fields, click Clear.

The documented details appear in the grid.
- To modify a grid entry, highlight a row to populate the fields above with the data, make the changes, and then click Update.
