Configuration of the Medical Chart Summary Panel

You can configure the items that appear in the left pane of the Medical Chart Summary panel. The Medical Chart Summary panel appears on the Home Page and the Summary templates. You can customize the navigation to include the Summary template. Configuration of Physical Exam Lists

You can configure the physical exam lists using the Physical Exam panel. You can find two filters on the Physical exam lists. All - All of the configured exams. Top - List of the top 14 exams that the practice uses most frequently and appear in the left pane in the Physical Exam panel. Exams that are included in the top 14 are available in runtime on the SOAP template in the Physical Exam panel. Physical Exam Using Additional option in the left pane, you can access the physical exams that are not listed in the top 14 list. Each physical exam listed in the Physical Exam panel is linked to a template. You can create and store the link on the Manage Custom Links practice template. Manage Procedures on the Procedures List

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Framework Content system template. Click the Procedures panel. In the text field above the Procedure column, type a procedure name. You can enter up to 40 characters. To select a template, click the list above the Template Name column and select a template. To add the procedure to the grid, click Add. To rearrange the items in the Procedures list in alphabetical order, select Sort Alphabetically. To remove a procedure, select a row in the grid, and click Delete. There are several options for accessing the Office Procedures template: On the SOAP template, in Assessment/Plan panel, select Office Procedures from the list. Procedure Code Configuration

You can create and manage procedure pages from the Procedure Code Configuration panel of the Common Procedure Configuration practice template.
