Updating an Office Procedures Order

Open the My Custom Plan Template

Before you begin Configure use of the My Custom Plan template. Open the My Custom Plan template in one of the following ways: In the navigation bar, click the Orders/Plan link. Access the Diagnostic Studies Template

Open the Assessments Tab

There are several options for accessing the Add or Update Assessments template: On the SOAP template, in the Assessment / Plan panel, select Add/Update. On the Intake or SOAP templates: Select the My Plan link to open the template set. My Plan Select the Assessments tab. Update an Assessment on the SOAP Template

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the SOAP template, in the Assessment / Plan panel, select an assessment you want to update in the grid. Select Add/Update. Access the Generic Procedure Template

Open the Intake-Dermatology, GET, or SOAP template. Do one of the following: On the Intake or GET template, click the Procedures link to open the Procedures template, and then in the Other section, click Generic. On the SOAP template, go to the bottom of the template, and click the Procedures icon, select Generic, and then click OK. The Generic Procedure template opens.
